A Rice Destoner is a machine which removes stones, sand, clods from grains, such as rice, paddy, beans,etc. to make the grains free from stones. It’s also called rice destoning machine, a rice destoner machine is one of the integral machines in the whole rice processing line.

The Rice Destoner Machine works based on the difference in grain specific gravity, grain size, shape, and surface state. When the rice destoner works, the working table is covered with a woven wire mesh bed, through which air flows from below. Heavy impurity such as stone are not lifted by the air cushion and stay on the mesh bed. The vibratory motion of the table causes the heavy impurity(stones or sand) transported to the beginning of the regulating plate at far end of the machine.
